Prior to joining IPC, Mr. Heeren spent four years with Morgan Stanley, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida, where he served in numerous capacities, including compliance as a Supervisory Principal responsible for securities regulation enforcement.
He joined Independent Portfolio Consultants, Inc. in 2003 as a Registered Associate in the Quarter-End Processing Department.
In 2004, he was promoted to Performance Analyst—Advisory Services, and, in 2005, In March 2006, The Advest Group sold IPC to the employees of IPC.
Mr. Heeren earned a BS in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a BA in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
He holds a CFA Designation bestowed by the CFA Institute.
