Chris Miller is an operating partner with more than 25 years of experience operating, scaling, and acquiring software companies.
He has been involved in more than 20 acquisitions, from initial evaluation through full integration.
Chris has been entrusted in a C-level role at more than one dozen companies.
At Spotlight, Chris is providing hands-on executive leadership, helping companies in all aspects of their business.
He is assisting companies in the creation and enhancement of their product-market fit to ensure profitable, optimized growth, while building world-class teams and optimized processes.
Prior to joining Spotlight, Chris worked at ESW where, as CEO of multiple companies, he helped build businesses, growing them both organically and through acquisition.
Chris designed and implemented processes across all functional areas of the companies in his portfolio, resulting industry-leading software key performance indicators.
Prior to ESW, he spent 18 years leading sales organizations at software companies of various sizes.
Chris graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Economics.
When he’s not spending time with his family in Austin, or traveling, you can find him baking bread, cooking, learning a language, or reading a book.
