Chris is a corporate lawyer in the Halifax office of McInnes Cooper.
His practice includes advising clients on the purchase and sale of businesses, debt financing transactions and a wide variety of corporate governance and regulatory matters.
He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association — and is an associate of the American Bar Association.
He holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees from Dalhousie University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law.
Chris joined the Feed Nova Scotia Board in 2014, and has served as both Chair of the Governance Committee and as Vice-Chair of the Board.
In addition to his work with Feed Nova Scotia, Chris is also member of the Board of the Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development.
