Krane Funds Advisors LLC (Krane) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded by Jonathan Krane in 2011 and is a direct subsidiary of China International Capital Corp. (USA) Holdings, Inc., ultimately owned by China International Capital Corp. Ltd. (SHA: 601995) in China. Krane serves as the investment manager for the KraneShares ETFs and KFA Funds, two suites of passively-managed and actively-managed registered open-end management investment companies that operate exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The firm also offers investment advisory services through model delivery programs, separately managed accounts, and other pooled investment vehicles. Krane is a signatory of the United Nations-supported Principles for Responsible Investing (UN PRI).
