Previously, he was Vice President of Operations of Informatics, a publicly held company providing software and data processing services to life and health insurance companies.
Mr. Fleener holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University where he is a member of the Board of Trustees and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University.
