Mr. Adam J.
Packer is a Partner & Chief Investment Officer at SineCera Capital LLC.
He is responsible for overseeing the due diligence and investment selection process for all investments, both public and private, for SineCera Capital.
Prior to joining SineCera Capital, he managed the due diligence team at MicroVentures, a leading equity crowdfunding platform that has helped raise over $200 million in venture capital for more than 250 companies.
Previously, he also managed the institutional due diligence process for one of the largest retirement consulting teams at Morgan Stanley.
There, he built and oversaw investment portfolios for large defined contribution and defined benefit plans, and high net-worth clients.
He earned his BA in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), with minors in Accounting and Philosophy.
He is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
