Sentral REIT (SENTRAL) est une société d'investissement immobilier cotée (REIT) basée en Malaisie. L'objectif d'investissement de SENTRAL est d'acquérir et d'investir dans des biens immobiliers commerciaux principalement en Malaisie, dans le but d'assurer une croissance à long terme et une distribution durable des revenus aux détenteurs de parts, afin de parvenir à une croissance à long terme de la valeur liquidative par part. SENTRAL possède 10 immeubles, dont quatre à Cyberjaya, quatre à Kuala Lumpur, un à Petaling Jaya et un à Penang. Le portefeuille d'actifs de SENTRAL comprend le Sentral Building 1 - DHL 1, le Sentral Building 2 - DHL 2, le Sentral Building 4, le Sentral Building 3 - BMW, le Wisma Sentral Inai, une partie du Plaza Mont' Kiara, le Lotus's Building Jelutong Penang, le Platinum Sentral, la Menara Shell et la Menara CelcomDigi. Sentral REIT Management Sdn. Bhd. est le gestionnaire de SENTRAL. Son Sentral Building 1 - DHL 1 est un immeuble de bureaux de quatre étages comprenant un sous-sol et un parking souterrain.
