BRT Apartments Corp. est une société d'investissement immobilier qui détient, exploite et, dans une moindre mesure, détient des participations dans des coentreprises qui possèdent et exploitent des immeubles d'habitation collectifs. La Société détient ou possède des participations dans plus de 31 immeubles collectifs totalisant 8 311 logements répartis dans 11 États, et détient des participations privilégiées dans deux immeubles collectifs. En général, ses immeubles collectifs sont des appartements avec jardin et, dans une moindre mesure, des immeubles de hauteur moyenne ou des maisons de ville qui offrent aux résidents des équipements tels qu’un club-house, une piscine, une laverie et un accès à Internet. Outre ses immeubles collectifs et ses placements en prêts privilégiés, la Société détient des actifs, et en particulier des actifs immobiliers. Ses immeubles comprennent Silvana Oaks Apartments, Avondale Station, Brixworth at Bridge Street, Newbridge Commons, Crossings of Bellevue, Avalon Apartments, Parkway Grande, Woodland Trails, Grove at River Place, Kilburn Crossing, The Woodland Apartments, et d’autres.
