Notification de déclaration de transparence (Article 14 de la loi du 2 mai 2007)

Oddo & Cie SCA et AQTON SE


Bruxelles, le 2 décembre 2015 - Le 27 novembre 2015, BHF Kleinwort Benson Group (« BHF KB ») a reçu une notification de Oddo & Cie SCA et AQTON SE déclarant que les 14.921.842 actions détenues par AQTON SE font l'objet d'un engagement irrévocable daté du 23 novembre 2015 d'apport de titres en vertu duquel Oddo & Cie SCA et AQTON SE agissent de concert, franchissant à la hausse le seuil de 25% des 132.244.164 actions émises et droits de vote de BHF KB et s'élevait à 35.318.415 actions représentant 26,71% des droits de vote de BHF KB.
